Q – I am a smaller retailer and I want my own name on the candles you offer in your catalog. How can your Private Label program help me?

A – If this is your first time ordering and you wish to buy smaller numbers (under 1,000 units per style), we recommend that you order from our existing catalog merchandise. Although we don’t encourage it, you may remove our labels and replace them with your own. If you find the product sells to your expectations and you are able to meet the minimum quantity for a private label order, please contact us and we will put something together for you.

Q – Can I use your existing label design but have you change the logo from yours to mine?

A – No. Our labels were specifically designed for our line. We can, however, design a similar label for your project.

Q – I am located outside of the country or overseas, can I still work with you?

A – Absolutely. At this point, 60% of our business is in the United States, 35% in Canada, and 5% overseas. We usually handle transportation and customs arrangements for North American deliveries.

Q – I have an idea of what I want, what is the next step?

A – Contact us to see if we are able to produce what you are looking for. If we have something similar, we can provide you with immediate samples. We will then provide a quotation, work out a schedule and provide samples to your specifications.

Q – I can’t quite meet the minimum requirement of 1,000 units per style, can I still work with you?

A – If your project is simple and depending on the product, we may be able to work with you. If custom printing is involved, it can be very expensive to facilitate an order for under 1,000 units.

Q – How long does it take to develop a project from start to finish?

A – This depends on the volume and how customized the product will be. Average projects usually take about 60 days for delivery. Simple orders and smaller runs could possibly be delivered in 30 days or less.

Q – I have a special wax or an additive I would like you to use, is this possible?

A – It is possible for us to use specific waxes or additives that you supply. We may have to do compatibility testing beforehand.

Q – What is your pricing like?

A – The pricing structure is quite different from that of our catalog merchandise and it improves with the volume of product ordered, especially at 5,000+ units. We have been told that our pricing is highly competitive. We will tailor to meet your budget.
