TERMS OF SERVICE
DAMAGES/SHORTAGES
Shortages and damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
For damaged shipments, please retain all packaging as it may be necessary
to have the courier inspect this in order to process the claim.
RETURNS
Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted. DMC Visions Inc. may
approve a request to return defective or damaged merchandise. All
other returns, if approved, will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
CANCELLATION
Catalog orders may be cancelled by written request, provided that
the order has not shipped. Custom or private label orders, once manufactured,
may not be cancelled.
BACK ORDERS
Back orders will automatically be cancelled unless otherwise requested
at time of order.
CREDIT
All first time orders will be processed by credit card (Visa, Master
Card, American Express, Discover Card), prepayment or on a COD basis.
At this time, we do not accept COD for deliveries in the United States
or overseas.
For customers with established credit terms, a 2% late charge will
be assessed on all invoices outstanding beyond the payment terms.
Late payments may result in cancellation of credit privileges.
